"Kelly Cherry Ltd " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital goods/subscription from Kelly Cherry Ltd and are unhappy with the product received, you may exercise your 30-day money back guarantee if requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:
To be eligible for a refund on any digital/subscription based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Request of refund must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date

Kelly Cherry Ltd is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you. Trial offer and subscriptions
If we offer you a free trial of softwares/memberships/programs, it will start as soon as you register and last for the trial period stated on our website. Free trials are only for new customers and for the timeframes mentioned on the website. If you’ve had a free trial with us before, you won’t qualify for another one.

If you don’t want to continue after your free trial ends, you must email us at support@thekellycherry.com at least 48 hours before the trial ends to cancel. If you don’t cancel in time, your subscription will automatically continue, and the payment card you provided when you signed up will be charged the full monthly membership fee. This will continue every month until you cancel. If we change the membership fee after you subscribe, we’ll notify you by email and give you the option to cancel.

To cancel your subscription after your free trial or a discounted period ends, you need to email us at support@thekellycherry.com. For monthly subscriptions, we need at least 10 days' notice before your next billing date. If you give less notice, you may still be charged for the next month, and no refunds will be given for partial months.
For annual subscriptions, we also need at least 10 days’ notice before the start of the next subscription year. If you cancel before the end of your subscription year, you won’t get a refund. In some cases, we may charge a cancellation fee equal to the amount of any discounts you received on the subscription.
